Shipping policy

Order Cancellations:  We will try to accommodate this request where possible,
please do try to contact our customer service team at info@pappusandpine.com as soon as possible and we will try to cancel any unshipped orders. Once the order is already in shipping, we will not be able to cancel the order. Customers may return the order by following the return policy.
2. Order Processing Tim
  • All orders are processed within 1-4 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).

3. Shipping Times & Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Typically 7–15 business days (shipping to USA).
  • Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days (available on select items).

4. International Shipping & Customs
  • We are not offering international shipping at this time.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to update. [1, 2]

6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within 30 days, please contact us at pappusandpine@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with our suppliers to resolve this promptly
