ORDERING & SHIPPING
SHIPPING:
Please allow us 2-5 business days to package and ship your oder from order date (unless mentioned differently in item description).
You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. (please check your spam mail)
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking numbers to generate.
Where does my order ship from?
Most of our items ship directly from our vendors. As some items will ship from our location in Arizona.
Can I change my delivery address?
Please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order and we will try our best to accommodate your request. Once the order has shipped, we cannot change the address. We will not be able to change the shipping address for orders containing items from our drop-ship vendors.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we are currently only Shipping within the United States.
Tender Leaf is currently shipping to the contiguous 48 States.
Lost Packages
Pappus + Pine is not responsible for packages after they have shipped and tracking has been provided. Please contact your local shipping location with questions regarding these issues.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
ALL HATS ARE FINAL SLE. We do not offer refunds of any kind.
What is your return policy?
Items can be returned within 21 days of purchase, provided they are unused and have original tags attached and/or packaging. Please see our return and refund policy for additional information.
Can I exchange my order for a different size?
Yes, if we have the item in stock we would be happy to exchange for you. The exchange window is 14 days.
Can I return sale items?
Final sale items (including sale accessories) can not be returned or exchanged.
CANCELATION & CUSTOMER SERVICE
Order cancelations:
Once you have placed your order, we are unable to cancel it.
Customer Service
Please allow up to 24 hours for your email to be responded to by our Customer Service Team. Any emails sent after business hours are responded to the next business day. Please do not contact us on IG direct message regarding customer service issues.
